Latinicida, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing Latinas through academic assistance, leadership development, and civic engagement while helping bridge opportunity gaps and economic disparities within the Latin community. Latinicida advocates for integrating Latinas within all aspects of the classroom, community, and corporate structure while embracing cultural heritage and establishing networks among other Latinas.

What We Offer

  • Attend one of our in-person events or virtual masterclasses as Latinicida actively strives to educate on fundamental rights, financial literacy, and broadening Latina pride.

  • Latinicida is an organization that strives for their community to invest in themselves; therefore, we want to invest in you. Whether it is college aid, a business investment, or a personal endeavor, if we believe it can actively aid in advancing our people then we want to invest.

  • Currently, there are so many proud pioneering Latinas who are paving the way for the Latin(a) community. We, as Latinas, are capable of so much more than what society restricts us to. Therefore, Latinicida desires to ease the burden by directly connecting you to women from a variety of industries.

  • Latinos make up approximately 19% of the US population, numbering 62.1 million.

  • Latin women represent 49% of all Latinos in the US, and 16% of all women in the US.

  • Graduation rates for Latinas is 31.1% compared to 45.8% among white women.

  • Among those with a bachelor's degree, Latinas make 64.6% of what white men make.

  • For every dollar earned by a non-hispanic white man, a Latina earns just 57 cents.

  • Latinas account for 16% of the female labor force, numbering more than 12 million.
