How Does It Work?
Our mentees will explore and pick a mentor based on their professional interests. If chosen, they will have the opportunity to book a 30-minute call with you. Topics to be discussed will be left to the mentee. Afterward, you can decide whether to keep the call as a one-time coaching session or continue developing a mentorship relationship. Mentor Requirements
Mentors must be available for at least one 30-minute call per week to interact with potential mentees. We will require a headshot, a short bio, and a list of your four specialties. For the safety of our mentees, a background investigation will be required. LTN cannot process applications that do not meet our requirements.
