  • How Does It Work?

    Our mentees will explore and pick a mentor based on their professional interests. If chosen, they will have the opportunity to book a 30-minute call with you. Topics to be discussed will be left to the mentee. Afterward, you can decide whether to keep the call as a one-time coaching session or continue developing a mentorship relationship.   • Mentor Requirements

    Mentors must be available for at least one 30-minute call per week to interact with potential mentees. We will require a headshot, a short bio, and a list of your four specialties. For the safety of our mentees, a background investigation will be required. LTN cannot process applications that do not meet our requirements. It is vital for women, especially Latinas, to be given trusted resources, shown the role of women in modern companies, and recognize the importance of female leadership.

Latinicida believes there is a real value in having a women-focused environment that will allow for a comfortable space to start intimate and meaningful conversations that will generate change within the Latin community as a whole.

The path to equality and diversity begins with supporting, mentoring, and sponsoring diverse women to become leaders and entrepreneurs —  whether a student, recent graduate, entrepreneur or young professional seeking strategies for work-life balance or cultural expectations— we are here to help!
